Story so far
Madam Penn has always been able to cook with the upmost skill. From a very little girl she always knew that she was lucky - in having an amazing natural talent - creating the most beautiful delicious food. She is one of life's magicians –full of infectious energy and fun too!
She was brought up encouraged in a true foodie family, her life plan to date has been to gain as broad and varied culinary experiences in the catering arena to fuel her passion for food and ingredients.
She was trained as a Home Economist and at the London Cordon Bleu School, and has cooked professionally for 26 years for many years in Europe and around the world for the rich and famous. Like Marlboro McLaren F1 racing team, on classic private yachts around the world and for many more exclusive clients.
She has cooked live on BBC Good Morning and has talked on Warwickshire’s local radio shows.
Food and sharing her experiences have become a way of life.
